anyone was wondering...I am still alive LMAO....doing good, I have now lost more than 55 pounds, I am sporting a new hair cut...along with the contacts looks pretty good. Right elp6n??? I have spent the last several weeks just hanging out with good ppl, and I have loved almost every moment of it. I am still around, I browse around every now and again, figured I would drop in and say hello.

well gents.....if they could bottle the weight loss effects of total emotional devastation that would help you well on your way lmao, anyway now I just eat a small meal or two...I don't get hungry much I eat a little when I am hungry, work out more, and drink water.....
